PerfectMatch Released

It has taken over four years and a goodly amount of hard and often joyful work to usher this film into the world. Today at 7:03 AM Eastern Standard Time, PerfectMatch was released into the wild. I am so very happy and excited that this quirky, lovely, romantic, delightful and slightly edgy work of filmic art is finally available to be seen. Now that it is publicly available I’ll be adding a few stories from its making: the journey to get it shot, the production process, the editing experience and the long and (at least to me) fascinating story that began once we thought the film was finished.

But for now, I’ll just enjoy this moment of release – of letting something go into the world. It’s a very special moment, indeed. This was the first feature film I had the great pleasure of working on as cinematographer and it will always hold a very dear place in my heart.
