I’m terrible at updating my reel. Why? Because it’s an incredibly tedious affair to track down all the footage, assemble it in one place, edit it into something worth watching and then find music that works underneath all of these tidbits of imagery.

With that being said, here is my most recent reel. This one is made up of my fiction work. Though I do quite a bit of documentary filming, I felt that a reel comprised of only fictional narrative work might be interesting – or at least intriguing. This reel is a compilation of a few projects I’ve shot over the last eight years. It’s made up of both short and feature work. It is certainly missing a few key ingredients, most obviously my work on PerfectMatch, but that will have to be for another day.

Included in the reel are scenes from:

Anatomy of the Tide (feature film), written and directed by Joel Strunk

Tuberville (web series), directed by Anelisa Garfunkel

Maestro (short film), directed by Doug Sradley

St. Milly (short film), directed by Anelisa Garfunkel

Type A (music video), directed by Doug Stradley
